Stile Center For Mental Health And Resilience

Working alongside The Center for Spirituality and Mental Health (CESSA), and the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma, the Stile Center for Mental Health and Resilience is a mental health promotion center built to foster a holistic healing environment.

The Center focuses on the physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being of the nation serving women, children, families, the local environment and wildlife which supports us all. The facility features a children's play area, a peaceful green garden for meditation, four therapy rooms, a spacious family therapy room, and a bird sanctuary with trees designed to attract a variety of species for reflective walks.

This nurturing space brings communities together, empowering them to manage stress and address trauma. Free psychological support is available to children, men, women, and families in need of therapy.

We offer clinical evaluations and psychotherapy for abused children and vulnerable adolescents including nature therapy, walk therapy, and mindfulness. The Center provides a safe, welcoming environment for street children and those in domestic service to learn, play, and grow. Children and young people can also give back by participating in activities at the center, including planting trees, new life, throughout the local community.
